1. Prep the broccoli – If you prefer softer broccoli, blanch the florets in boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately transfer to ice water to keep them crisp. Otherwise, use raw for extra crunch.
2. Prepare the veggies – Thinly slice the bell peppers, onion, and cabbage. Julienne the carrot.
