Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) if baking.
2. Slice zucchinis thinly lengthwise using a knife or mandoline. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear slices for 1–2 minutes per side until tender but not mushy.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes (if using).
4. Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on one end of each zucchini slice and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
